摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the universal law and characteristic of adverse reactions of Xue-saitong injection, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the safety of clinical ap-plication. Methods:44 patients with adverse reactions of Xuesaitong injection were retrospectively analyzed, relevant data were recorded and counted, and summarized the situation and characteristic of adverse reactions. Results: The adverse reactions were related to age, allergic constitution, the amount of drug combination, drug administration time and dosage, etc. The clinical manifestation of adverse reactions was diversified that it involved multiple organs and tissue, the severe of ad-verse reaction could lead to shock. Conclusion:During the treatment of using Xuesaitong injection, nurse should study the universal law and characteristic of adverse reactions, strengthen the monitor of drug process to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions effectively.关键词
