Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence on nursing intervention to the treatment compli-ance of hormone therapy in nephrotic syndrome. Methods: 180 patients with nephrotic syndrome who treated in our hospital from February 2010-May 2012 were divided into control group and ex-periment group by random number table. Each group had 90 cases. Control group were used routine nursing measures, on the basis of control group’s nursing, experience group were used intervening measure of hormone therapy special care. Compared the rate of obeying doctors' advice between two groups, and analyzed the reasons why patients’treatment compliance was not good. Results:The rate of obeying doctors' advice was 47.8% in control group, and 78.9% in experience group. The difference in comparison between groups was significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Nursing inter-vention can improve the compliance in hormone therapy of patient with nephrotic syndrome, it is worthy of popularization and application. The reasons why patients’treatment compliance was not good are as follow: lacking of relevant knowledge of disease, lacking of effective supervision of drugs, doubting the untoward effect of hormone therapy, treatment for a long time, heavy economic burden, etc. Lacking of relevant knowledge of disease and doubting the untoward effect of hormone therapy are the primary cause the bad treatment compliance.关键词
