The Nursing Experience about Large Area Cerebral Infarction of Elderly

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the nursing experience and prevention of complication about large area cerebral infarction of elderly. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 23 cases of large area cerebral infarction, and summarize the nursing intervention and prevention of conplication. Re-sults:17 patients died (73.91%), among of them, 12 cases were respiratory tract infection, 2 cases were multiple system organ failure (MSOF), 3 cases were cerebral hernia. Condition of the others al-though were stable, in the meanwhile, they left a serious sequelae. Conclusion:Actively taking ef-fective nursing measures can improve the efficacy and promote rehabilitation of patients.关键词
