Abstract
Objective:To explore and analysis the preventions and nursing methods to deep ve-nous thrombosin after the surgery of lower limb fracture. Methods: 159 patients with surgery of lower limb fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was adopted orthopaedic routine nursing; observation group was adopted preoperative and postoperative prevention, nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The situations of deep venous thrombosin and swelling, the average hospital stays were observed and compared. Re-sults:Compared with control group, the situations of deep venous thrombosin and swelling, the av-erage hospital stays had significant difference. Observation group was superior to control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The preventions and nursing interventions in perioperative period can effective reduce the deep venous thrombosin, relieve the swelling of limb and shorten the hospital stays. It is beneficial to the recovery of patients at an early date.关键词
