Abstract
Objective:To explore the change of exfoliated cell in nasal cavity in nosebleed and deficiency syndrome patient. Methods:113 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into insuffi-ciency of lung-qi group, deficiency of spleen-qi group and deficiency of kidney-yang group. All of them were proceeded cytoscopy of exfoliated cell in nasal cavity. Results:The excreta of allergic rhinitis patients had eosnophils. The proportion of neutrophil was large in deficiency of spleen-qi group, deficiency of kidney-yang group and control group. The comparison between deficiency of spleen-qi group and control group had significant difference. Deficiency of kidney-yang group ap-peared eosinophilic, and the occurrence probability of men and women were 16.6%and 28.6%. The symptoms of allergic reaction, systemic deficiency of qi and yang deficiency were more obvious, the inflammatory reaction was heavier the proportion of neutrophil was large, the positive rate of oc-curring eosinophilic was higher. Conclusion: The change of epithelial cell, neutrophil and eosno-phils of exfoliated cell in nasal cavity can become the referenced objective indicators to classify al-lergic rhinitis through syndrome differentiation of TCM.关键词
