摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the auditory brainstem response in the diagnosis of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods:11 cases of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy of auditory brain-stem response (ABR) and distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) detection. Results: 7 cases of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy in ABR I, III, V wave disappeared, 3 cases leads to I wave, 1 cases leads to I, III, V waves of the ABR; 19 ears through and 3 ears did not pass in DPOAE, the pass rate is 86.4%. 2 cases in 6 months after the review:1 cases leads to I wave, re-view the results showed normal ABR, and through DPOAE;1 cases leads to I, III, V waves disap-peared, review the results of ABR still disappear, but not by DPOAE (original).
