Abstract
Objective:To observe the warming acupuncture cooperated with joint functional ex-ercise in treatment of chondromalacia patellae. Methods:80 patients with chondromalacia patellae were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were treated by warming acupuncture cooperated with joint functional exercise, control group were adopted tradi-tional electroacupuncture treatment. The efficacy was evaluated after 10 treatment courses. Results:The total effective rate was 95.0%in treatment group and 77.5%in control group. The comparison of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of warming acupuncture cooperated with joint functional exercise in treatment of chondromalacia patellae is better than that of traditional electroacupuncture treatment.关键词
