电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the improvement of electro-acupuncture in treatment of lum-bar disc herniation. Methods:123 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group (61 cases) and acupuncture group (62 cases). The therapeutic effects were assessed by visual analogue scale (VAS) and the efficacy was evaluated before and after treat-ment. Results:The VAS was 7.13±1.02 before treatment and 1.45±2.19 after treatment in treatment group. In control group, VAS was 6.89±1.52 before treatment and 2.72±1.67 after treatment. The cured rate was 47.5% in treatment group and 33.9% in control group; the total effective rate was 91.8%in treatment group and 84.7%in control group. The differences of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the symptoms of patient.关键词
