Abstract
Objective:To discuss the efficacy of Chen Weiliang trauma ointment in treating lo-cal swelling and pain which are caused by mannitol. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to their admission time, each group had 30 cas-es. Observation group was used Chen Weiliang trauma ointment;control group was used 50%mag-nesium sulfate. All of them were observed the therapeutic effect respectively. Results:After treat-ment, the pain score and the swelling area of two groups reduced significantly (P<0.01). But the pain score and the swelling area of observation group were less than that of control group after treat-ment (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 96.67% in observation group and 80.00% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of using Chen Weiliang trauma ointment to treat local swell-ing and pain caused by mannitol is good, and it is worthy of popularization in clinic.关键词
