Abstract
Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical characteristic and universal law of un-toward effect which is caused by levofloxacin, and provide reliable reference frame to rational drug use in clinic. Methods:56 cases of untoward effect which was caused by levofloxacin were random-ly selected from November 2009 to November 2012. The data of patients were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results:The patients whose age was more than 60 years old occupied 64.29%;the mode of intravenous administration occupied 91.07;drug combination occupied 75.00%;skin reaction occu-pied 35.71%. Conclusion:The occurrence rates of elderly, the mode of intravenous administration and drug combination are the highest. The untoward effect involves skin and other organs, so doc-tors should pay attention to it.关键词
