Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of combined treatment with telmisartan and carve-dilol on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods:123 patients with chronic congestive heart fail-ure were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of the conventional treatment, treatment group was treated with combined with telmisartan and carvedilol, control group was treated by us-ing telmisaratan only. Results:The total effective rate was 88.1%in treatment group and 65.1%in control group. The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclu-sion: The combined treatment with telmisartan and carvedilol on chronic congestive heart failure can obviously improve the cardiac function, and the safety is good. It is worthy of popularization in clinic.关键词
