Abstract
Objective:To explore the important role of nursing intervention in 89SrCl2 combined with Technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate injection (Tc-MDP) in treatment of metastatic car-cinoma of bone. Methods:50 patients who were treated by 89SrCl2 combined with Tc-MDP were ad-opted nursing interventions about mental intervention, guidance of radioactive protection, guidance of medicine using, processing patients’secretion reasonable, etc. Results: After carrying out the comprehensive and effective nursing interventions, the comprehensive efficacy of patients was im-proved, and the occurrence of adverse events was reduced. Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in-terventions play an important role in treating metastatic carcinoma of bone by 89SrCl2 combined with Tc-MDP, it can relieve the psychological burden of patient, improve the efficacy, effective avoid the radiation to patient and operator, and reduce occurrence of contamination to environment and society.关键词
