摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the nursing invention of using noninvasive mechanical positive pressure ventilation to treat respiratory failure of COPD, and discuss the nursing effect. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 85 patients with COPD respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from March 2011 to May 2012. All of them were used noninvasive mechani-cal positive pressure ventilation to treat. Summarized the clinical nursing invention and observed the efficacy. Results:Comparison of the blood gas before treatment, 2h, 24h and weaning after treat-ment, the pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 were obviously improved after treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), it had statistical significance. Conclusion:Affording targeted nursing during noninvasive mechanical posi-tive pressure ventilation to COPD respiratory failure patients can improve the therapeutic effect, which has important value for improving the prognosis of patients.关键词
