摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the differentiation and adhesion ability of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs). Methods:The ADSCs were isolated from rabbit cervical subcutaneous fat and puri-fied by enzyme digestion. The growth situation of ADSCs was observed under microscope. Adding induced nutrient solution to the cells to induce osteogenesis and adipogenesis. The passage cells were stained by Alkaline phosphatase、Calcium salt deposition and oil red O staining associated staining identification. Cells and scaffold composite situation were observed under the electron mi-croscopic. Results:In the induction condition,Alkaline phosphatase and calcium salt deposits were positive expression, Oil red O stain positive expression. Conclusions:ADSCs have multipotential differentiation potential,it can cover and grow on the bracket well.关键词
