Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with manual reduction treating incarcer-ated haemorrhoid. Methods: 72 cases of incarcerated haemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, af-ter treated with manual reduction of both groups, control group adopted musk hemorrhoid ointment of Ma Ying-long, and the treat-ment group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation and external application. Symptoms like prolapse of hemorrhoids, pain, swelling, thrombosis and necrosis were observed before and after treatment 4 days later. Results: After the treatment, the total effec-tive rate of observation group was 100%, better than 83.3% of control group (P<0.05); scores of symptoms and signs after treatment are significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), and those scores of treatment group were improved compared with con-trol group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Effects on application of Chinese herbal fumigation and manual reduction treating incarcerated haemorrhoid are distinct.关键词
