齐刺法电温针配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of Electric and Warming Acupuncture in Triple Puncture Combined with Traction for Lumbar Disc Herniation*

Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation by electric and warming acupuncture in triple punc-ture combined with traction. Methods: Randomly divided 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients into treatment group and con-trol group, the treatment group use treatment of electric and warming acupuncture in triple puncture combined with traction, while the control group by electric and warming acupuncture in traditional puncture combined with traction. Evaluated the efficacy after two treatment courses. Results: The cured rate and effective rate in treatment group were 45.0% and 92.5%, which were both higher than 12.5% and 80.0% in control group (P<0.01, P<0.05); after treatment, the total score in two group were both significantly im-proved, but the score in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It has great efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation by electric and warming acupuncture in triple puncture combined with traction, and worthy of further re-search and extension.关键词
