Abstract
Objective: Study on effect of Kanglaite injection combined with Gefitinib in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR positive in medium or late stage. Methods: 45 cases of medium and advanced no-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into combined target group and simple target group, combined target group was given Kanglaite injection combined with Ge-fitinib PO, while simple targeting group given Gefitinib PO, for evaluation of curative effect after two courses. Results: Total effec-tive rate of combined target group was 56% ,higher than the simple targeted group of 40% (P<0.05); In terms of life quality, total ef-fective rate of combined target group was 84%, higher than the targeted group of 60% (P<0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of Kanglaite injection combined with Kyrgyzstan in the treatment of medium and advanced non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR posi-tive is better than Gefitinib PO , at the same time, improved quality of life, is the effective clinical treatment for medium and ad-vanced non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR positive .关键词
