Abstract
Objective: To investigate the safety and feasibility of pregnant women with uterine fibroids . Methods: Selecting cesarean section simultaneously with myomectomy in 40 cases as observation group, and randomly 40 cases of simple cesarean section dur-ing the same period as control group, that observed operation time, amount of bleeding, postoperative passage of gas by anus, hospi-talized time of post operation, puerperal morbidity and so on. Results: The operation time in observation group was longer than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the rest indexes between observation and control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Based on the patient's specific circumstances, cesarean simultaneously with myomectomy is feasible and safe.关键词
