Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of treatment of acute and chronic pyelonephritis, provide an important basis for its treatment. Methods: 60 patients with acute and chronic pyelonephritis in 2010 July to 2012 July in our hospital, were analyzed ret-rospectively the clinical data. Results: 54 cases were cured, effective 6 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total effective rate was 98.3%; the average course of disease was 31.5 days. Conclusion: On the basis of the actual situation of patients, choice of adequate antimicrobi-al therapy, not only eliminates the inducing factors of acute and chronic pyelonephritis, prevent flare-ups, and improve the quality of life of patients, promote the recovery of patients.关键词
