生脉注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effects of shengmai Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: According to the treatment methods, 257 cases of chronic heart failure are divided into conventional western medi-cine group and shengmai injection group, conventional group received the treatment of conventional western medicine, shengmai in-jection group used shengmai injection based on routine western medicine, clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The total efficiency rate of shengmai injection group was significantly higher than that of conventional western medicine group (P<0.01), plasma cardiac troponin I was significantly superior to that of conventional western medicine group (P<0.05). Con-clusion: The efficacy of shengmai injection is greatly effective on chronic heart failure, it is useful for the plasma cardiac troponin I to be normal levels, and improve the life quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
