萎胃汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 56 pa-tients were divided into treatment group and control group; treatment group was given Wei-wei decoction, control group was given Wei-fuchun tablets. Changes of the symptoms, tongue condition, pulse condition, pathological examinations and so on were com-pared with patients of two groups before and after treatment, to guide the practice of clinical treatment. Results: Curative and total ef-fective rate were respectively 73.3% and96.7% in the treatment group ,and those of control group were 34.6% and88.5%, the effica-cy of treatment group was superior to control one, and statistically significant different between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of Wei-wei decoction treating chronic atrophic gastritis with type of spleen deficiency and blood stasis are significant, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.关键词
