Abstract
Objective: To investigate the strategy and experience of the management of nursing quality. Methods: Divided 90 patients into observation group and control group, the control group used general care of operating room, while the observation group added safety management on the basis of general care. Then compared the satisfaction of patients, surgery time and nursing error rate in two groups. Results: The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than control group, the surgery time and nursing er-ror rate was both lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The safety management in operating room has a promoting effect on success of surgery.关键词
