Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of cardiothoracic surgery in high quality nursing service. Methods: 96 cases of the cardiothoracic surgery patients in our hospital served as the research group; 90 cases served as the control group. The research group used high quality nursing, the control group used routine nursing. The incidence rate of complications, the percentage of noso-comial infections and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of respiratory system. Results: The incidence rate of complications in research group was 8.33% and 18.89% in control group; the incidence of nosocomial infection in research group was 5.21%, 13.44% in control group; nursing satisfaction in research group was 98.96%, 93.33% in control group. Conclusion: The clinical effects of cardiothoracic surgery in high quality nursing service are satisfactory.关键词
