Abstract
Higher vocational colleges need to accelerate the development of rehabilitation therapy technique, introduce part-time teachers of rehabilitation, relieve the shortage of teachers. This paper explores the main existing problems of part-time teachers ma-joring in rehabilitation therapy technique, effective ways and methods of their team construction and management.关键词
