Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing management of local complications using low molecular heparin sodium of abdomi-nal subcutaneous injection after operation of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods:80 cases of postopera-tive patients with emergency PCI were randomly divided into oblique injection group and vertical injection group, oblique injection and vertical injection were respectively used for abdominal subcutaneous injection with low molecular weight heparin, to evaluate lo-cal reaction, observe and record the data for statistic processing after injection of 12h. Results:The incidence of local complications with oblique injection were lower than those with vertical injection (P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with acute myocardial infarc-tion, using low molecular heparin sodium of abdominal subcutaneous injection after operation of emergency PCI, oblique injection method can greatly reduce the subcutaneous hemorrhage, ecchymosis, hematoma induration, large hematoma of rectus abdominis and other complications.关键词
