Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychological status of encephalopathy medical staff in TCM hospital, analyze the related factors, provide settlement proposals, to improve the psychological qualities of medical staffs. Methods:84 cases of medical staffs of encephalopathy department in our hospital were chosen to be conducted a sampling survey by self-reporting inventory (SCL-90), and a statistical analysis of results was made. Results:Varying degrees of psychological problems were existed in 43 staffs;the total scores, compulsion, somatization, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation scores were significantly higher than the Chinese norm (P<0.05), the interpersonal sensitivity scores of doctors were higher than nurses (P<0.05), the total scores, somatization, anxiety, phobia scores were all higher than doctors (P<0.05). Conclusion:The mental health situation of medi-cal staffs of encephalopathy department especially nurses is not optimistic, it deserves to be concerned, and take effective measures to promote the development of physical and mental health of the staffs.关键词
