摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and nursing methods of heterothermicwater blanket temperature thermoregu-lating patients with hypothermia. Methods:98 cases of operation patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group received routine nursing care, the study group used heterothermicwater blanket regulating temperature at 38℃dur-ing the operation based on routine nursing care, and adjusted anytime when patients’temperature changing. Some indexes of vital signs were monitored and contrastedbetween preoperative and postoperative patients. Results:Postoperative hypothermia incidence and vital signs of study group were both superior to those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using heterothermic water blanket for thermoregulation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative hypothermia, but also certainly improve vital signs.关键词
