Abstract
The head nurse is main manager in the wards, which has rights and duties to organize and command on clinical nursing. Therefore, it is vital for head nurse to implement nursing supervision effectively including clearing their responsibilities, supervising nursing quality, implementing and improving rules and regulations of the supervision, establishing effective working plan and updat-ing information on clinical nursing.关键词
