摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical curative effects of applying Zoladex to prevent endometriosis relapse after laparoscopic operation. Meth-ods:96 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group after the operation, each of 48, the observation group was given zola-dex with subcutaneous injection of 3.6mg after the 3rd~5th days of menstruation, afterwards every 28 days a time, lasting 3~6 months;control group wasn’t given medication after surgery;to compare the clinical curative effects of two groups. Results:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01);recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), following-up pregnancy rate was higher than that of control group (P<0.01), all of which were statistically significant;there was no significant ad-verse reactions in observation group during the medication. Conclusion:Postoperative continued medication of zoladex can improve the curative ef-fects, reduce the postoperative short-term recurrence rate and improve the pregnancy rate after endometriosis laparoscopic operation, it is high-safety medication in clinic, being worthy of popularization and application.关键词
