Serious Displacement of Young Children Tibiofibula Fractures in the treatment of Minimally Invasive Operation with Integration of Chinese and Western

Abstract
Objective:To analyze curative effects of Chinese medicine bone-setting technique combined with limited incision and internal fixation with Kirschner wire treating serious displacement of young children tibiofibula fracture. Methods:52 cases of tibiofibula fractures severely displaced were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases, using Chinese medicine bone-setting technique combined with minimally invasive surgery;plate internal fixation group of 22 cases adopted conventional operation of plate internal fixation. Results:With less blood loss, the operation time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time and loading time of treatment group was shorter than those of plate internal fixation group (P<0.01);and the satisfaction of Beaty score was significantly higher than that of plate internal fixation group (P<0.05);there was no statistical significance in Joh-ner-Wruhs scores of two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine bone-setting technique combined with limited incision and internal fixation with Kirschner wire treating serious displacement of young children tibiofibula fracture has the advantages of small trauma, accurate restoration, firm fixation, less complications and better curative effects, which meets with minimally invasive treatment principle of Chinese orthopedics, being wor-thy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
