Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of COPD elderly patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections treated with caspofungin. Meth-ods:After 36 cases of COPD elderly patients were treated with caspofungin, the effects were observed. Results:13 cases were cured, 15 cases mark-edly effective, 6 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, and the total efficiency of 77.78%. Conclusion: Caspofungin treating COPD elderly patients complicated with invasive pulmonary fungal infection is safe and effective.关键词
