Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of tympanites prescription treating cirrhosis ascites. Methods:78 cases of patients with cirrho-sis ascites in our hospital were divided into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 38 cases, respectively treated with tympanites herbal prescription and conventional western medicine, changes of curative effects, liver function, symptoms and signs between two groups were compared after the treatment of 1 year. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%, higher than that of control group by 55.26%(P<0.05). The improvements of symptoms and signs and liver function in observation group were better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tym-panites prescription treating cirrhosis ascites can reduce ascites and improve liver function, being worthy of clinical promotion and application with significant clinical efficacy.关键词
