摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) andα-L fucosidase (AFU) joint detection in diagnosing HCC. Methods:50 cases of HCC patients’data were incorporated into observation group, and 50 cases of hepatitis and cirrhosis patients’data were incorporated into control group, all patients had been tested the concentration and detection rate of AFP, AFU and CA19-9 to evaluate the application value of AFP, AFU and CA19-9 joint detection in diagnosing HCC. Results:The concentration of AFP, AFU and CA19-9 in observation group was higher than those in control group (P<0.05);the sensitivity of the three indicators joint detection for HCC was sig-nificantly higher than that by individual test (P<0.05). Conclusion:AFP, AFU and CA19-9 joint detection can improve the diagnostic yield of HCC, which is beneficial to get early diagnosis and treatment for HCC patients.关键词
