咽喉部电凝止血的疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis in Electrocoagulation Hemostasis of Pars Laryngea Pharyngis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of electrocoagulation hemostasis in patients with pharyngeal and laryngeal hemorrhage. Methods:66 cases of pharyngeal and laryngeal hemorrhage were divided into study group and contrast group with 33 cases of each, respectively using electroco-agulation and general hemostasis by compression, to evaluate the efficacy with the average amount of bleeding time, eating time and relapse situa-tion, according to the treatment of 24 hours later. Results:The average amount of bleeding time in study group within 24 hours was lower than that in contrast group, eating time after the treatment of which was shorter and relapse cases was less than those of contrast group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electrocoagulation hemostasis of pars laryngea pharynges, with significant efficacy, can promote patients eating and reduce relapse.关键词
