Abstract
The morbidity of Senile intertrochanteric fracture is relatively high, seriously affecting the life quality of patients without proper treat-ment, even being a threat to their life, which is one of the challenges the orthopedics department facing. There are its own characteristics in selection of therapy method and operation timing, because of their advanced age, poor bone conditions and relatively complex basic disease of internal medi-cine. In recent years, early operation and early weight-bearing is recommended to restore the function of affected limbs, with the development of ma-terials of internal fixation and surgical techniques.关键词
