Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of strong spinal manipulation with traditional Chinese medicine treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods:Patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group adopted strong spinal massage therapy with traditional Chinese medicine, treatment group with conventional massage therapy, 10 times as a course of treatment, to observe the therapeutic effects after 2 courses of treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.7%, which was significantly better than that of control group by 71.9%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Strong spinal manipulation combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis is operational safety and obviously effective, being worth of popularizing.关键词
