摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of ozagrel combined with edaravone treating vascular cognitive impairment(VCI) after cerebral infarc-tion. Methods:57 cases of VCI patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group with the treatment of ozagrel, treatment group was treated with Ozagrel and edaravone, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. Results:MMSE score of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), FAQ and score of neurologic impairment were both lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Con-clusion:The curative effects of ozagrel combined with edaravone treating vascular cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction are exact, with less adverse reactions, being worthy of popularization and application.关键词
