Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture on governor vessel combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD), and to further explore its mechanism of action. Methods:73 cases of PSD patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group, the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture on governor vessel combined with venlafaxine therapy, the control group only treated by venlafaxine. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.57%, higher than 78.95%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture on governor vessel combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of PSD is effective, and can prevent recur-rence clearly.关键词
