Abstract
Objective:To study the impact of Wuweizi to drug metabolism. Methods:Comparing with the differences of Schizandrol A and Schizan-drin B’s pharmacokinetics in the control group and the treatment group, the impact of multiple doses of Wuweizi to its own lignans’Pharmacokinet-ics was researched after the oral administration repeated. Results:The Tmax of Deoxyschizandrin and Schizandrin B (about lh) have been shortened;The Cmax of Schisandrin B is 91%that of the control group, but the Cmax of Deoxyschizandrin is not significant to change;The AUC and MRT of each component are significantly lower, the metabolic clearance parameters Vz and CLz are significantly increased. Conclusion:It has significant impact for multiple doses of Wuweizi to its own lignans’pharmacokinetics, displays certain induction of drug metabolism enzymes.关键词
