参麦针关节内注射结合刮痧治疗膝退行性骨关节病
Shenmai Intra-articular Injection Combined with Scraping Treating Knee Degenerative Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of Shenmai intra-articular injection combined with scraping treating knee degenerative osteoarthritis. Methods:90 cases of knee degenerative osteoarthritis, randomly divided into experimental group, control group I and II with each of 30 cases, was treated with Shenmai intra-articular injection and scraping, Shenmai intra-articular injection, intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate (SH) re-spectively;to observe the effects of three groups after two courses. Results:The excellent and good rate and symptom score of experimental group were both significantly higher than those of control group I and II (P<0.05);knee pain grading and joint daily function classification of experimental group were better than those of control group I and II (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenmai intra-articular injection combined with scraping treating knee degenerative osteoarthritis, with significant effects, is simple and inexpensive, being worthy of clinical promotion and further research.关键词
