Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of upper limb rehabilitation robot for patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:60 cases of pa-tients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and experimental group (30 cases), the control group treated by conventional upper limb rehabilitation training, while experimental group combined with upper limb rehabilitation robot training on the basis of treatment of control group, and used FMA and MBI scores to evaluate the upper limb motor function of patients before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the FMA and MBI scores of both groups were higher than those of before treatment, and the scores of experimental group were both significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with conventional rehabilitation training can improve the activities of daily living and upper limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
