上肢康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响OA
The Influence of Upper Limb Rehabilitation Robot on Upper Limb Motor Function of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
目的:观察上肢康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组及试验组各30例,对照组采用传统常规上肢康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合上肢康复机器人训练,治疗前后采用简式Fugl-Mey-er(FMA)运动功能评分及改良Barthel指数评量表(MBI)评定两组患者上肢运动功能。结果:治疗后两组患者FMA及MBI评分均高于治疗前,且试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢康复机器人联合常…查看全部>>
