上肢康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响OA
The Influence of Upper Limb Rehabilitation Robot on Upper Limb Motor Function of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
目的：观察上肢康复机器人对脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法：60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组及试验组各30例，对照组采用传统常规上肢康复治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合上肢康复机器人训练，治疗前后采用简式Fugl-Mey-er（FMA）运动功能评分及改良Barthel指数评量表（MBI）评定两组患者上肢运动功能。结果：治疗后两组患者FMA及MBI评分均高于治疗前，且试验组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢康复机器人联合常…查看全部>>
