火针治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察的序贯试验
Sequential Test of Red-hot Needle Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of the red-hot needle therapy for knee osteoarthritis. Methods:First, the patients who met the inclusion cri-teria were treated with red-hot needle therapy. The method of open type single-direction mass reaction sequential test was used when we were observ-ing the treatment effect. Then, based on factors that influence knee osteoarthritis, we observed similar baseline information patients, using open type single-direction mass reaction partner sequential test. Patients were randomly assigned to red-hot needle or warm needle acupuncture treatment twice a week for 4 weeks, respectively. Two groups of patients were evaluated on clinical efficacy. Results:When the test to the first 12 cases, the test line contact U, observing the effect of the red-hot needle therapy . The effective rate of the red-hot needle therapy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was 75 percent. Practicing open type single-direction mass reaction partner sequential test , we observed 26 different pairs of patients, the test line contact U, accepting reagent. The efficacy of the two groups have significant difference between the treatment and control groups. Conclusion:The red-hot needle therapy is effective to knee osteoarthritis. And the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.关键词
