安徽省高校高水平运动队发展现状的调查研究
Research on the Current situation of High Level Sports Teams Development in Anhui Universities
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly probes into the current situation of sport teams, basic information of athletes, prerequisites of sports team establishment and the present management of sports teams .In order to investigate the development situation of Anhui u-niversity sports teams, seven Anhui university sports teams are chosen for the objects of this study .The finding indicates: firstly, the overall athletics level of Anhui university sports teams is irregular.Secondly, there is serious shortage of student resource for high level sports team.Thirdly, it lags far behind competitive provinces or cities in organization and management .Fourth, there is carelessness in the supervision of talent selection and barely attractiveness for excellent athletes .Fifthly, coaches have lower profes-sional capability as a whole.Sixthly, the stadium facilities can narrowly meet the demand of high level sports team training , howev-er, the channel to get training fund is monotonous and it’s always ubiquitous for shortage of funds.关键词
