Monte Carlo Method and Its Application in Statistical Physics
摘要
Abstract
Recently, with the rapid advances of the computer industry and the internet, computer simulation has been one of efficient methods to predict and understand the laws of nature.Monte Carlo (MC) method is one of those common simulation meth-ods and has attracted extensive attention.In the present paper, we briefly summarize the basic idea of the MC method, and intro-duce the primary algorithm of MC method and kinetic MC (kMC) method with Potts model and calcium dynamics as the examples of equilibrium and unequilibrium systems respectively.In addition, we also present the other two evolutionary MC methods, coarse-graining MC method and coarse -graining kMC method, and their computer programs.关键词
