小学教师学历的本科化需要提升小学教师的学术素养、拓宽知识结构以适应新时代的小学教育。师范性是教师专业化的基本要求,在小学教师本科化的转向中既要加强师范生的学术性素养,也要强化师范性素质的提升,本科学历小学教师专业建设需突出本专业的师范性与学术性特色。
