Study on the Prime Minister Clans’Marriage with the Emperor’s Exterior Relatives in the Northern Song Dynasty
摘要
Abstract
The scholar bureaucrat clans ,including the prime minister clans were not willing to marry with the relatives of an emperor on the side of his mother or wife in the Northern Song Dynasty ,which was closely related to the law of treating relatives of an emperor on the side of his mother or wife .The formation of this phenomenon was a process of gradual development .How‐ever ,whenever the mistress’ mastering power or political chaos ,there were always scholar bureaucrats who had reached the pin‐nacle of his career by marriage .关键词
