Abstract
With the constant spread of realistic context in the current film and television culture works that include Universal Values in the west and Historical Nihilism ,constructing Chinese movie and TV cultural communication system is increasingly im‐portant and urgent against a backdrop of western centralism expansion of globalization .We should design and construct our system of movie and TV cultural communication scientifically and rationally through holding right treatment with traditional culture ,re‐building cultural modernity consciously ,and guiding the audience's aesthetic values.关键词
