Abstract
Remote technical support system is designed to solve problems for equipment maintenance, such as lack of means, limited professional resources and maintenance experience can not be shared. Based on the design idea of“Customer Relationship Management”, orientation, function, components and process of support request are presented. The main technical means are listed. The system can meet the needs in technical support for equipment maintenance personnel. Support resources can be utilized and shared fully to improve efficiency and reduce costs for maintenance.关键词
