Reliability Assessment of Missile Equipment Components Under Small Sample Conditions

Abstract
In order to resolve the problem of the reliability assessment of missile parts and components, a reliability assessment method on equipment parts and components is proposed utilizing small sample test data. Bayes Bootstrap is got by improving Bootstrap, prior information is used to make up the shortage of field test sample, the reliability assessment is carried out based on Bootstrap with priori information, and there is a reliability assessment example of components with double parameters Weibull distribution. Experiment result shows that this method can effectively solve the reliability assessment problem of missile equipment parts and components under small sample conditions, and that, provide a reference for the demand on achieving accurate protection of information warfare and meeting wartime guarantees efficiently.关键词
