风洞试验中迎角视频测量的不确定度研究
Investigation on Uncertainty of Video Measurement for Attack Angle in Wind Tunnel Testing
摘要
Abstract
The dynamic measure accuracy of modal attitude angle is critical in wind tunnel tests, and video measurement technique of attitude angle becomes a research focus for wind tunnel institutions at home and abroad, because it has no special requirement for model design. Therefore, the video measurement uncertainty of model’s attitude is investigated, and a compensation method of its systematic error is also presented by this paper to evaluate the video measurement accuracy of attitude angle in wind tunnel tests. The video measurement estimating value is replaced by the value of a higher accuracy instrument measuring the same static angular after wind tunnel test, so the system error can be eliminated, and the three engineering experiments are investigated in 2 meters supersonic wind tunnel. It has been demonstrated that the standard deviation of the measured data on each step ranges from 0.002 2°to 0.009 4°, the standard uncertainty of evaluated attack angle is ≤0.003°, as a result, the precision of this video measurement system developed by this paper is≤0.009 4°, in addition it neither destroys aerodynamic shape, nor changes the stiffness and intensity of model, so it is useful and effectively.关键词
